Training for Professionals
Brook’s mission is to ensure that all children and young people have access to high quality, free and confidential sexual health services, as well as education and support that enables them to make informed, active choices about their personal and sexual relationships so they can enjoy their sexuality without harm.
The training courses we can offer are to enable all professionals who are supporting young people to gain the skills and confidence to discuss relationships and sexual health with young people in an open and honest manner and in the detail they may need. We aim to enable all professionals to be aware of the need to safeguard young people who may be at risk and accurately refer young people to services for support.
Our aim is to make all our courses as participatory as possible and all are delivered in a safe, confidential and friendly environment. We embrace diversity and acknowledge and value the importance of a range of views and opinions.
