C-Card scheme When you get to a registration point, you will be seen by a trained C-Card worker on a one-to-one basis in a private space. They will ask you some questions to make sure the situation you are in is safe. At the registration you will be given the opportunity to see how to put a condom on. You wont be asked for your name or address to register for your C-Card. The information you will asked for is your date of birth and your postcode - this information is confidential and wont be traced. Once registered, you will be given a purple card with your own personal number on it - this is your C-Card to keep and use to collect condoms. Your C-Card entitles you to 10 visits then on your 10th visit you will need to re-register for a new card. At the registration you will be given a wallet with an app on, when you scan the app this will give you a list of collection points within the borough. (The wallets will be available from June 2011) You will also be offered information leaflets, and signposted to show you were you can use your C-Card. front image Back image The C-Card worker will show you all the condoms in the C-Card range and help you make a choice of condoms and lube.
